Room for rent in our 2 bedroom apartment, this nice looking apt is located in the middle of all shopping malls, gyms, supermarkets, and hotels.

The room is furnished in a nice decorated apartment the ad is just for a person who does not have much stuff, the room is modern looking with a high window toward to the street, big closet, chair, dresser, lamp, nice new sheet set, small fridge, balcony, and laundry. We share the kitchen for light cooking only, breakfast or making salads, but NO heavy cooking.

There is an express train which takes 35 mins to get to Manhattan in the morning, and 5 minutes walking distance to train station,
Also, all apartment is cleaned to keep a nice and fresh environment twice a week, add we don't have pets or kids neither.

We are looking for a roommate who is not smoking, quiet, no drugs and no party.
