Looking for Roommate - Fully furnished

We are two 21 year old designers looking to share our newly renovated apartment. It's located right across from Queens College and just around the corner is the Q64 bus bringing you directly to the subway. (Or only a 25 minute walk to the Forrest Hills /71ave subway).

The private room available is furnished with a queen sized bed, a lamp, and a large mirrored dresser that has a lot of storage space. The kitchen has all new appliances and all the dishes and cooking supplies one would need. There is a small cozy living room area with a corner TV across from a good sized dinning table area.

We are looking for an easygoing, clean, and respectful roommate who loves cats. (We have two very friendly twin cats living here with us). Students Welcome!

Rent is $900 per month. Utilities will be a three way split for electric, gas and internet.
