One bedroom with shared bathroom & kitchen

It's a private house. We live on the second floor. I'm renting out one room that unfurnished with shared bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen, but you must keep it clean after you use it. There's off street parking. The rules in this house are no smoking, no drinking, no pets, one guests once in awhile, no loud noise, walk quietly into the house, no slamming doors. Why? Because owner of the house lives downstairs he's an retired veteran officer. He likes it quiet. I will need to see 4 paystub and background check. I will be one month of rent plus security deposit.
