Medium Sized Room For Rent In A 3 Bed Room

Our medium sized room is approximately 140.08 sq ft. He/she will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other roommate who will be me. I?m looking for someone to rent for a short-term period for about 3-4 months. The only reason is because one of the roommates will be moving out in April and I still haven?t decided if I would either move out and get a smaller place or stay and get another roommate. We?re both Korean-Americans in our late 20s and early 30s. When we?re home we pretty much just stay in our rooms and mind our own business. We also have buses very close. Q65 is right around the corner. Q12 and Q27 is only a couple of blocks away. The Broadway LIRR station is 8-10 mins walking distance from us. We live on the 3rd floor.
