The rent is $625 and the deposit is 300 and it is available on Month-to-Month basis. It is rented up to maximum of 6 months.
Near to Subway no 7 train(10 minutes walk), restaurants and shops.
Roommates are middle aged 2 males.
It is moderately furnished with twin bunk bed, table, chair, dresser, shelf, fan, and TV.

Share the kitchen(for light cooking) & living room.
Pay 1/3 of Electricity expense & Internet expense.
Washer & Dryer in the apartment.
Proof of employment & personal reference are required.
