Spacious Room for Rent (next to Queens College!)

Hi everyone !

My name is Danny, and I am looking for my replacement in a relatively spacious room. The room gets great sunlight (has 3 windows!) and is also the most private room in the apartment as the other two rooms are separated by the living room and the hallway. The room does not come furnished; however, it does come with a pretty nice A. C. unit already installed in the window !

The living room area is huge. The kitchen is a decent size (functioning oven), and the bathroom is a decent size as well for the area.

Parking is pretty easy to find around the block (and right in front of our house is an island of no alternate side parking ! very rare for NY).

Gas and water are included but electricity and internet is not (btw we get the 200 mb/sec package for $49.99 from Spectrum). Electricity and Internet are split 3 ways and typically come out to around 50 bucks a month per person. 1st month's rent and Deposit (775 + 775) due upon move in. Additionally, if you move in before July 1st, rent will be prorated for the remaining days in the month!

Current roommates are very laid back and friendly. Feel free to ask any questions!
