Afternoon sun in the widows with amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. Parking garage for added fee of $175.00 or street parking is available. Your room has two closets with lots of storage. It comes unfurnished.

There's a washer and dryer in the unit! The floors are wood everywhere. The building has a free shuttle to and from the Union Turnpike subway station M-F during regular business hours. There's a huge back yard with two playground areas for children and a fenced in dog run. 24h concierge will accept packages and answers phones. The area is very quiet.

The roommate: very clean, very neat. Cooks sometimes. Works lots. Has a small Pomeranian dog who is very sweet.
