Like a castle. We need established professionals who plan to stay at least a year. There is a large basement that could be used as a work/living place. There is also a balcony, washer/dryer, bathrooms, dining room, living room. The house is enormous.

Ideal for someone r moving to NY for work or on holiday. All you have to do is bring your belongings.

Just a few steps from Austin Street and all that Forest Hills has to offer.

Large dining room area for family-style dinners weekly (depending on schedules) modern kitchen, living room with large screen TV with cable.
