Common area includes decently sized living room/kitchenette (no windows) and small bathroom. New tenants must sign one-year lease and pay first month?s rent and $800 security deposit upon time of signing. Must have good credit or reliable co-signer.?The room is available from November 1, possibly sooner on a pro-rated basis.


The new tenant has the option if purchasing furnishings (bed frame, mattress, shelf, etc) from the flatmate currently occupying the room.

The new flatmate must be gainfully employed, respectful, and clean; I prefer a flatmate who is over 25, educated, communicates well, and values a well-maintained and peaceful living space. No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana); no other drugs.
