Spacious private room in Forest Hills apartment

Our apartment is 30min. from Manhattan, via the R and M local or E and F express trains. We are also very close to the Forest Hills LIRR station, which is a convenient way to get into Manhattan, as well.
We have lived here for 1 year and enjoy the area, with stores and restaurants nearby as well as a CVS 1.5 blocks away. The building is in a quiet and safe location, and we have kind neighbors, many of whom have lived in the building or neighborhood for decades.
The space is very large, one of the biggest rooms you'll find for rent in NYC, about 10ft x 20ft in size. The room is unfurnished and large enough to fit plenty of furniture.
We are a couple working full time, him in IT and me at an elementary school, and spend evenings at home relaxing or at the gym. On weekends we may stay home or go on a short trip. I cook frequently and prefer to keep the apartment very clean. You would be sharing our kitchen space and bathroom.
