Modern two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Forest Hills, right by Austin Street. The apartment is fully furnished with new appliances, kept very clean and tidy, very spacious. Fully decked out private balcony. Water and Wifi is included, can pitch into electric bill per month (we can decide on a percentage). Room is clean and comes with a closet. Shared bathroom. I pay for maid service every 2-3 weeks. to make sure everything stays clean. The kitchen has a new stainless steel dishwasher, refridgerator and microwave/oven. Hardwood floors. AC and heating unit included. I have 2 dogs that stay in the apartment (medium sized, medium energy) - but they come to work with me. I work day and night shifts since I am an emergency doctor. Super chill guy, just ask the place stays clean and tidy and the rent is paid on time.
