Room for rent $850

My name is Ingrid and I have 1 room to rent in my home in (Queens, and Rego Park/Forest Hills area). The room fits a full/queen bed. It?s a quiet area close to the transportation of the M/R close commute to Manhattan. We have local shops nearby as well. The apartment is shared with my mother and I. We are very clean and organized and expect the same in the bathroom and kitchen. Have good personal hygiene. The room itself is far from ours giving the full privacy of your space.
