Beautiful 1Bedroom Summer Sublet in Forest Hills (

We are putting our beautiful apartment up for sublet with flexible dates between June and September. It is a large nearly 1,000 square foot apartment with a backyard (shared with the entire building), a door lady, large floor to ceiling windows, and a working fire place.

This is ideal for someone looking to get a little out of the City during these hard times, but still wanting to enjoy some the benefits of the City. Forest Hills probably has some of the best food in the entire City, and all of these places are still open for delivery. We live near 2 extremely large parks that are open and great to run or bike around.

The apartment is furnished and fully stocked with a chefs kitchen and dishwasher. My husband is a chef so we have everything you could possibly need when it comes to a kitchen: vitamix blenders, great knives, every type of pot/stove top item you could need, juicers, pizza stones, steamers. We will leave our cable and netflix/hulu/HBO subscription running for you and there are two TVs to enjoy: one in the bedroom and one in the living room. We have a beautiful piano and there are actually great acoustics in this home. We also have a working fire place which is amazing even in the summer time - we wake up to a nice smell of a fire. There is a laundry in the basement, you can use my bike which I also keep in the basement, and the yard is accessible to anyone so if you have a dog its a great way to keep the dog happy during quarantine. If you have a car, there is lots of street parking, usually its easy to find but sometimes it take a few minutes to find a spot or you have to park 2 blocks away where there is always parking!

There is a ton of closet space, library of books, artwork and 2 desks/office spaces if there are two people working from home. Please reach out if you want to come by and see the apartment. We can show you the place while remaining social distancing!

And in case you are wondering, we are leaving for a few months because my husband got laid off so we need to move in with my parents for a few months until the restaurant industry is back on its feet!!
