You will be close to Saint John's University, Hunter College, restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation.

There is a common laundry room and elevator in the secure access building. Street parking only. No storage.

The owner has a friendly house cat so no other furry pets are allowed.

- Prefer a 1 year lease but may consider six months lease.
