Kitchenette/ Livingroom +Small bedroom + Bathroom

I am looking for a roommate from mid of October 2021.
An apartment has two separate units, front and back. The front unit (Union Tpke. side) is for rent now. I live in the back unit.
The unit for rent is unfurnished and has:
• mid-size living room with kitchenette (refrigerator, cabinets, microwave), no stove, no sink
• small bedroom
• small bathroom w/shower
• two closets in the hallway
Monthly $900 rent covers utilities. I will ask for one-month deposit.
I use Spectrum internet with medium speed that we can split.
Location: Apartment is on the second floor of a private house. It faces Union Turnpike and it is across from Forest Park.
Commuting:
71at Ave- Forest Hills subway with E, F express (about 25 min to Manhattan) and R, M local.
LIRR (Manhattan or Long Island)
It takes 20 -25 min on foot or 15 min by bus to get to the subway.
Neighborhood is safe with number of small restaurants and shops along Metropolitan Ave. The bigger shopping strip is by the subway station on Austin St. or second by Woodhaven Blvd. (TJ’s, Home Depot ect)
Since there are two separate units the whole apartment provides privacy, but it is still technically one apartment. Since that I am looking for reasonably quiet, respectful, and neat person. In entire house we keep no smoking and no drugs policy, indoor and outside, it is a must for renting here.
About myself, my name is Grzegorz (Gregory), raised in Poland. I keep rather quiet life. For living I do construction projects. I take evening classes in architecture. In a free time, I enjoy being outdoors (Forest Park gives a bit of that).
