I'm very tidy, quiet but friendly lady looking for another female to take a room in my 3bed 2bath apartment. Room is a huge 10×16. You'll be sharing bath with just one other person. Apartment has a huge living area, a fully functional kitchen & a balcony and is located on the top floor of a luxury lowrise building in the quiet neighborhood of Fresh meadows. Building has a modern elevator, roofdeck and paid garage
You would need to pay first month and room deposit(a month rent's value) I only ask that you clean after yourself on a MUST, no couples, pay bills on time, absolutely NO SMOKING, be considerate of other roommates and take part in routine cleaning. Room is available from October 15th
