We are looking for a female housemate.
-Must be responsible and tidy
-One private bedroom in a townhouse apartment
-Next to St. John's University
-Quiet, safe neighborhood in Fresh Meadows, Queens
-Currently three other females living there
all quiet, working individuals, share housekeeping chores
( the apartment is not suitable for persons who would have frequent guests or party lovers. We are looking a female housemate who is responsible, clean and does her share of housekeeping diligently)
-Share kitchen, bathroom, living-room
-Bus Q46, 30, 31, restaurants, groceries and all
-No pets/smoking/drugs
-Rent does not cover utilities
-Tenants split wifi, gas+electricity, etc bills
-Requires deposit, 1st & last month rent, proof of income
-Reference would be helpful
