Room for rent

Hi I have 2 rooms for rent but only renting one so you pick your room. 1 k gets you rent, utilities , and wifi. Im here12 yrs so the apt is established. There's washer/ dryer, food in closet and fridge, silverwear, etc. Its a big condo. We share bathroom, kitchen, big living room. Its a condo in Glen oaks. Near buses, shopping center, fast food and , 7/11/ very quiet here. This, in my opinion , is a gold mine to who I pick. Please want long term. I need i. d. and last two pay stubs. Room is available 11/12.. So you o my pay 500 for rest of month. Lots of room. Lots of closet space. And I very much keep to myself unless you'd like to hang out , watch movies. Ill be cooking for the both of us a couple times a week.
