Small Family Looking For Roomy Occupy Spare

we are a small family consisting of a 51 yr old African American small business owner, a 37 yr old stay at home mom caucasian and our loving 10 yr old son Axton. we ar a super cool laid back family that happens to have a spare room available after our daughter move out.
We"re looking for the basics of any room mate safety, curtesy, easy going, private and eventually after some time maybe a sense of "WE".
at the end of the day we are trying to supplement our income and happen to have a spacious , new very nice 3 bedroom apartment to share. everything in our apartment is new ( except our couch) lol.. which I will explain later. My wife is home all day and is looking possibly for someone to talk to if you like other wise your privacy comes first and we will never bother you.

Our building is roughly 10 yrs old and we have lived in it 8 of those years.. we recently purchased a new refrigerator, stove, and had our bathroom completely renovated. our paint job is 1 year old and your room will be freshly painted. we have a terrace off of our bedroom with a barbecue grill if you would like to use just ask. I personally think our apartment is one of the best you'll find from what I've seen. we also have access to the yard when reserved in advance for parties or etcetera.

our family is a close bunch, funny ,loving , and respectful not unlike any other group we argue and scream from time to time but never any violence and always make up quickly. Im Anton and I work a lot 6 days a week as a personal trainer and gym owner, our home and family is taken care of by my lovely wife Angela who is very funny, a little loud but also very caring. last comes my gorgeous son Axton who attends success academy which is one of the top charter schools in NY, he goes to school from 745 am to 445 pm so he's a scholar that lives in school so you will barley se him, but when you do he is a pleasure a very special boy with a great sense of humor and is very caring.
