Medical student looking for roommate for one year

I am a medical student and my currrent roommate is moving out at the end of the month. I am looking for someone to fill his room starting end of July-Early august. Preferably for a year but it could be for a few months or whenever works best for you. Doesn't have to start end of July or early August. Easy parking, laundry room is part of the apartment complex and 2 minute walk away. Trader Joes and other food places are 2 minute walk away.
