Candidate(s) must be willing to have background check done and pay $800 deposit (equivalent to monthly rent) prior to moving in. In case of moving out, 30 days notice is mandatory. (landlord's requirements). Preferably 1 roommate but open to discuss couples' rent increase. No pets. No smoking.
