Apartment for rent!

Hi my name is Paul, I?m currently looking for a roommate in an apartment belonging to a lady I do work for. I?m looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful and keeps mostly to themselves, no drugs or partying please. You will have access 1 room and a large office size room, a kitchen and bathroom, as well as a backyard. I work most of the time so I am never home and if I am, I stay mostly in my room. The apartment will be cleaned and painted prior to moving in.
