Newly Renovated Furnished Room with Private Bath

Primary location on Union TPK/161st Street in Queens NYC; close to all: buses stops just a few minutes walking Q46, Q34, Q25, Q65 plus QM Buses all the way to Manhatton, E & F subways express only half an hr to midtown Manhatton, Restarunts and fast food: Subway, PopJhon Pizza, Burgking, Chi. Japnese, Philipino food are all nearby, close to St. John's University and Queens College, Banks and Gas Stations are very close.
No Street Cleaning for Parking. Very safe nighborhood.
The kitchen was renovated couple years ago, and the floor carpit is new. large size room and furnished with
a large bed ,table, storage shelf etc. the full bathroom
almost like one person to use. No one ever complained my room so far, and the rent is very reasonable. The pictures were taken in the end 2011, but the House is better because of the renovations. The prievious one room was just taken.
