Hey guys, my names Ryan and im looking for another person to fill in the third bedroom as soon as possible! I live with one other girl currently, and we have gotten along very well! Some amenities that are also included are: Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Food Disposal, Climate Units in each room, Rooftop Access (with a view of the Manhattan skyline to boot), Doorman and Concierge, Mail Room (no more stolen packages!), Gym, Lounge ...and more that i cant even fit on here! We're looking for someone who is considerate when it comes tk the common area (kitchen, living room in particular) but apart from that we're pretty chill.
