It has a granite floor with a closet, a big window with plenty of sunlight, and a beautiful terrace outside your room with a great view of Eastern Queens. A big build-in cloth closet is currently in your room. I will provide a single bed with a mattress, a sturdy table with a lampshade, and a chair. You will enjoy staying here.

The unit is a three-bedroom and two-bathroom penthouse apartment. My partner and I lived in the master bedroom and its adjacent bathroom. I am an Engineer of a reputable company, and my partner is an NYC public school teacher. Both of us working in this profession for almost 20 years

I am renting out one of the two remaining bedrooms to a single roommate. Both the remaining rooms shared the second bathroom

The apartment: is located one block away from the 7 train Junction Blvd Express station. It's within a few steps to a pharmacy, grocery and convenience stores, banks, shopping stores, and restaurants. In less than 25 minutes, you can reach Manhattan by Express Train.

We are looking for good credit/income, someone who is also clean, quiet, gets along with another roommate and is willing to sign a year lease.
