Fully renovated apt. master bedroom

I am looking for a female roommate who will use the master bedroom of the 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood, 3 blocks away from the 7 train station. EFMR subway lines are also in the walking distance.

The apartment is fully renovated (all new floors, freshly painted walls, luxury bathtub, new shower booth, marble tiles, new kitchen appliances-refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave.) Bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower booth. The spacious bedroom comes with a large closet and a new twin bed.

I am an artist and will be using the living room as my work space (separated with a dividing curtain.)

No smoking, no drugs, no pets, and no overnight guest allowed.

My ideal roommate would be a clean, friendly, responsible professional.
