Unfurnished room in spacious 2bed2bath next to 7

I am renting a room in Jackson Heights. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible. The apartment comes with a spot in the underground garage I won't be using, cost of $250/month if desired. The apartment is 1000sq ft with lots of light in a very clean and safe building.

I am starting my intern year on July 1 as an internal medicine doctor at Elmhurst Hospital. My hours will be long and occasionally awkward. I like to keep the apartment clean, but I am less fussed about keeping it tidy.
