The bedroom is approximately 14' x 10' with a 7' x 3' closet. The room can come furnished with a queen bed, a nightstand, a desk with a standing converter, an over-the-door mirror, a closet drawer unit, and an air-conditioner for $350. You would be buying these items from the previous tenant. You can buy just some of them if you do not want them all. You are free to repaint the room as long as you don't use a dark color.

The apartment has a spacious kitchen, a large dining table, a well-equipped home gym, an enterainment area with arena seating, and a brand-new bathroom. It is best if you do not have a lot of pots, pans, or applicances because there is not much storage space left in the kitchen. However, we likely have every cooking tool you could need. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or a laundry machine. We are on the third floor.

We are located near the corner of 71st and Northern Blvd. There is a lot of excellent and diverse food nearby, from savory crepes to fresh corn arepas to fermented tea leaf salad. Nearest laundromat is 5 minutes away. Nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away. It is 10 minutes from the 65th M/R stop, 15 minutes from the Jackson Heights E/F/M/R/7 stop, 20 minutes from the Woodside LIRR stop, and 1 minute from a Q66 stop.

You would be living with two males in their early to mid 30s. Justin teaches at Farmingdale State College. He is usually gone from Tuesday morning until Thursday evening and works from home the rest of the week at a small desk next to the TV area. Rob has a more erratic schedule. He can be home for weeks and then gone for weeks. We are both pretty clean, very chill, down to hang if you want, but also cool if you like being left alone.
