Room in a peacefull apartment in Jackson Heights

The room is the smallest in a 3bdr aprt , has a closet , it is furnished w twin size bed w chair desk ,ac, celling fan and tv. Internet and utilities are included in the rent. There is a share bathroom for 2 bedrooms Laundry in the basement with 1.5$ per load.
The apartment is located in Historical district of Jackson Heights at 78th st and 35th ave with nice surroundings...park and organic street market just a block away...plenty stores and main subway station 4 blocks away.
Currently we are 3 ppl in the apartment...a couple that has the master bedroom with private bath and a professional female with one of the bedrooms.
Looking for a clean, respectful and responsible person who does not party late or bring people to sleep over night .
Room would be available on feb 1st...looking forward from hearing from you!
We are all vaccinated and we expect that the new roommate to be as well!
