Room could be available to you in Jamaica, Queens!

Hello there,

I may be able to assist you with finding a room! My girlfriend has a room available for $850-$900 a month (depending on amount of occupancy). Couples are wanted (Preference: 2 Adults or Parent/One Child).

She has 2 boys (12 and 8 years old) and 2 friendly cats. The room is basically "unfurnished" but may be able to put a bed there. You may be able to use the her portable fridge (for a negotiated fee if needed in your own room). Easily accessible to buses and blocks away from the 'E-Train' transport to Manhattan. Very close to shopping and food areas! Internet/Cable available.

If you're a smoker, please be courteous and smoke 'outside' the premises. Absolutely no drugs and 'overly excessive' loud music (especially late at night)!

We would allow guests but only after 'screening' (for consideration of the kids' safety and well-being). Room is in on the 3rd floor (no elevator but a short easy walk). A key will be available for you to lock the room plus entry downstairs.
