Furnished Room for Rent

Room for rent in a private home. Private room is located on the second floor next to the bathroom, which is shared with owner. The room has a queens size bed, closet, flat screen TV with cable, internet and electricity is included. Must have a job to be considered, asking $795 plus $5 for cable a month, but willing to accept $600 if renter would clean house once or twice a week or as needed. Mature female is a plus. Bus stops at the corner of my house, will take you to the train station.
