Bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom apt!

I am looking for someone clean and friendly, willing to share a living space with 2 other people. There is a large park two blocks away as well as grocery stores and a shopping center if you walk a little further. The neighboorhood is quiet. The apartment is bright and open with a lot of windows.
Living with us would be mostly quiet. We do have dinner parties now and then and family stop by often.
