You can make own living room inside, With a walk-in closet, also you can make your own office inside. One block from F train. It takes 15 minutes to Jackson Heights, 26 minutes to Times Square. Within 2 minutes groceries and laundry are available.

You just have to share the kitchen and bathroom.
