Room For Rent $800 Plus Utilities

Hi I have a bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment. You?d have kitchen access and will be sharing the bathroom with one more person. I ask to have mutual areas CLEAN!! No exceptions! I would prefer a FEMALE roommate who is quiet and works full time Drama free! The room comes semi furnished with a queen size bed and tv. Accessible transportation. Lots of restaurants near by, laundromat down the avenue. Utilities ARE NOT included in rent. I ask for first month and security deposit. I?ll ask for proof of income. Someone to move in September 1st. No pets and no couples/no smoking
