Looking for a quiet and neat roommate to fill a vacant bedroom in a two bedroom apt. The apartment is the entirety of the second floor of a private home with a private entrance. Fully furnished (that included dish, pot, pan, silverware, and microwave) apt aside from available bedroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. The available bedroom can hold a full size bed and has a lock for privacy. Photos of bedroom available upon request. Price includes utilities and internet. Bedroom is available immediately. Please note that if you are a couple, the rent will be higher than listed, it would be $1,200.00.
