There are local restaurants, laundromats, clinics and supermarkets all walking distance (under 8 minutes). It?s also walking distance to Jamaica Ave.
Disclaimer: The room is on one side of a spacious living room, and is *COMPLETELY* closed off by a CURTAIN DIVIDER (pictures available). There is a door that will close that section, however, I, the female, will have to walk by to get to my bedroom, so only you and I will have a key for that door.
