Room for rent with private bathroom

Im looking for a responsible working person or students that will get along with the people that you will you sharing the apartment with. You will have your own bathroom and a small refrigerator in the room. You will share the kitchen only. There is a 5 year girl in the apartment. Your room will be on the top floor. You have to keep the place clean. its 1 person per room share kitchen. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. light, gas, water, heat and verozon cable plus internet included. You responsible for your own mess. Your contract will be renewed every 3 months for 1 year and after that ever 6 month renewal. Im not trying to lock anyone into a long term contact if you happy where you at. if you are good responsible tenant and get along with others then you could get a longer contract. you get a new bed, desk and dresser. You will be responsible for and damaged replacement of the furniture. If in for the long term i might have a finish studio thats private for 1600 a month everything include plus internet and cable. air condition you pay about 35 dollars a month when needed. you will have to get your own tv. no pets no smokers. once i install the solar power then we see if the ac could be includedTENANT MUST CLEAN THERE OWN MESS AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF TENANT DON'T REPORT LEAKING WATER AND WATER DAMAGE RIGHT AWAY THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE. NO KEYS AND CODES WILL BE GIVING TO THERE GUEST. NO GUEST WILL BE IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT THE LESSEE. NO FOOD WILL BE KEPT IN THE ROOM. NO MORE THEN TWO DEVICE FOR THE INTERNET DUE TO SLOWING IT DOWN UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO LOUD MUSIC, NO PARTYS, NO ONE WILL BLOCK THE FRONT DOOR APT STAIR CASE WITH THERE GUEST. IF AC IS ABUSED TENANT WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE. GARBAGES WILL BE TAKING OUT BY ALL TENANTS. ALL TENANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING ALL HOUSE HOLD PRODUCTS WHEN NEEDED.
