The House:
We have a room avail in our large 5 bedroom Victorian home, which we refer to as "The Mansion". The house boast's 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, 3 living rooms, large kitchen with 2 sinks, marble countertops, dish washer, large backyard, driveway, large front porch, and washer and dryer on 2nd floor. We have high speed internet and cable. There is also 1 house cat named Khan who is very friendly.

We are a 12 min walk to either the E, F trains or LIRR in one direction, and also 10 min walk to the J, Z train's in the other direction.

The Room:
The room avail is a private 3rd floor room with cedar closet, and corner closet nook, with 1/2 bathroom on same floor.

The other Roommates:
The roommates consist of 4 males (3 are in the music industry). We are all from 35-40 yrs of age and we have a good vibe in the house. With 2 living room's there is always a place to relax.

You:
You must be responsible with your rent and bills. That is our #1 priority.
You must be cat friendly ish and overall a chill person. Again, paying your bills is a MUST.
No cigarettes in the house

The rent is $870 a month, plus bills, which range from $80-$150 monthly depending on heat, ac usage, etc...

To move in we require first and last months rent, so $1, 740.
