Roommate Needed in Kew Gardens

Hi!! I?m looking for a roommate for my two-bedroom apartment in Kew Gardens. I?m the senior editor at an international publishing company in downtown Manhattan. I?m pretty clean and a good roomie, and I?m looking for someone in their twenties :) Also, I?ll be getting a puppy in September!

It?s a super spacious, newly renovated 2-bedroom in Kew Gardens with lots of space. It is a luxury apartment building, and is a five-minute walk to both the LIRR and E/F trains, and it take 25 minutes to get to Midtown.

Large living room with lots of windows and closet space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well. The available bedroom is the larger one and has a closet with plenty of space for a queen or king size bed and a dresser or armoire as well. There is also a parking garage for the building and washer/dryer in the basement as well. Water, heat, and gas are included, and electric is sub-metered! Also there?s a large balcony with a view of Manhattan :)
