Private Bedroom for Rent in Queens

We are two professional women in search of a third roommate to occupy a private bedroom and private bathroom in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Kew Gardens, Queens.

Bedroom is about 11.5 ft wide and 12 ft long with two windows that gives lots of natural light, an ample closet with sliding doors, and its private bathroom includes a full size tub, toilet, and sink. The room comes furnished with a twin size bed with storage headboard, a writing desk, and a TV for an additional $350 (each sold separately as well). The living room, kitchen, and dining area are shared among other roommates. The apartment is near the E, F, and LIRR trains and Q54 bus. The Q10 bus to JFK airport is 10-15 minutes away by foot. A 24/7 supermarket, CVS, laundromat, and Jamaica Hospital nearby.

An ideal roommate would be a professional woman who likes to be considerate of others and help maintain as well as enjoy a peaceful and clean environment. We are looking for someone who will contribute to the chores around the house such as keeping the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining area and hallway) clean on a regular basis, inform others if guests are expected, clean up after themselves at all times, and mindful of other roommate's respective schedules. Overall, we are looking for someone who has a great sense of humor, is extremely reliable, committed to the upkeep of the common areas, and most importantly, drama-free!
