This apartment is located in a charming co-op just a few steps from the LIRR Kew Gardens station and a 5-7 minute walk from the Kew Gardens/Union Tpke E, F stop. I have lived here a year, and enjoy the quiet neighborhood located so close to Forest Park, and a short walk from Forest Hills bustling downtown area. I am looking for someone to sign this next year’s lease, beginning Nov. 1st. The current roommate is leaving on October 25th. The building does require a brief application process and interview, which would need to be completed quickly. This apartment has a large shared living space and two bedrooms, with a comfortable kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is ample closet space for storage, and a beautiful view of the lovely homes of Kew Gardens.
