Room for rent

Hello,

I?m renting a small room to a quiet, respectful person who keeps to it?s own and who can pay the rent each month on time without giving me any issue?s or problems. The apartment is located in Corona, Queens near Rego park shopping center and Queens center mall. Public transportation is 5 to 10 minutes away from the building (on foot). Aside from that theirs also a lot of restaurants in the area that can accommodate your taste buds on any given day or night.
