I am signing lease for this beautiful gorgeous 2 bd 1.5 bath apartment in Lefark city, Queens. Apartment is big and walking distance to Queens mall, Costco, IKEA and other big stores. This apartment is right behind the Queens mall. Apartment has free access to Queens library inside the building, lots of open spaces to walk and exercise, has pool and lots of spaces inside the apartment complex. All restaurant, bar and grocery stores are in walking distance.

Room is large and has big window with city view and 2 big closets. Large living room and balcony. I will only share the shower from the bathroom as I have half bathroom inside my room.

I want someone to move with me in my new apartment. lease will be for 6 months and after that month to month. Need someone clean, responsible and easy going. Must be cat lover.

Rent includes internet and water. Only electricity will be shared.

Requirement: 1 month security, 1 month rent.
