Spare room for rent in House in Little Neck Hills

Hello, I reside in Little Neck Hills, on the border of Queens and Long Island. I am an engineer who works in Long Island and I am looking to rent out my spare bed room. The best way to get around from my place is by car. I live a half mile away from the L. I. E. exit 32. LIRR is also accessible via a half mile walk.

I'm looking for a roommate/share. I've been living in my digs for 2 years. My neighbors are mostly families. The view from my place is the house next door. My digs would be perfect for a working professional. The best thing about my digs is that a maid cleans every 2wk. The worst thing about my digs is that it's .5 mile from LIRR.
