We're looking for a sub-letter in a two bedroom apartment in Queens for the Summer! Ideally, we would like someone to be available from May through September. This would be great for a someone looking for a place to hang their hat and want to be near Manhattan, without worry about year-long leases.

These are some great features of the apartment and the surrounding area:

1) Fully furnished living room, kitchen, and bathroom
2) 1 block away from Steinway M/R stop (15 minute commute to Times Square)
3) 1-3 blocks away from a variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater
4) Laundromat nearby
5) A heartbeat away from Astoria

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate who is occupying the other room.
