The building is located in Long Island city (Hunter Point).
(One station away from Grand central)
5mins to Manhattan, 10-15mins to time square(almost midtown)

Building included part time doorman, gym, and rooftop.

The apartment itself is a converted apartment. There is a twin sized bed, leather couch, closet, cabinet, shelves, desk, large window A/C and heat. A cleaning lady comes to the apartment one time a month. Looking for someone who is not into partying, drugs etc.

No guests, no sleepovers, no loud noise.

Utility is not included(Verizon Internet and Con Edison (divided by three), Cleaning lady fee($25))
