A large bedroom and attached private bath are available immediately in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Long Island City. Our current roommate is planning on moving in with his significant other. The building is new (opened in 2018) and the current lease is through August. The buidling comes fully furnished, with brand new appliances, weekly maid service, large gym, business center, rooftop lounge, internet/cable and water included, above the Queens Plaza subway station, right in front of the Queens-borough Bridge. I am a 29y/o male resident physician and our third roommate is a 23y/o workign in finance. We are generally neat, easy to get along with, and responsible.
