Many shops, restaurants, laundromats and bars are walking distance. Queens Blvd is 2 blocks away where the 7 trains runs on. You are 15-20 away from Grand Central.

The ideal roommate has to be clean and responsible. No parties or loud music after late hrs please. Absolutely no smokers please! The only common area in the apt will be the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cups etc.
