The best room if you work in Midtown!

Hi there,

We are looking for a new roommate to move in to our apartment from 1st April for a great bed room with a private bathroom.

The apartment is located at 33rd floor facing south with great views to Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. It has well equipped kitchen and a living room to share. There are also a balcony and in-house washer and dryer so the apartment is really to kick back, relax and enjoy the views.
Furthermore, the building has full amenity such as Doorman, Gym opens 24/7, a dry cleaner, Sun and BBQ terrace, Lounge with a pool table and a kitchen, beach volley court and two tennis courts to help assist archiving your greater life in NYC. To be honest you cannot ask more. Haha

The building is located in LIC. The closest Metro station is Vernon Av (Line 7). It is 8 mins walk or you can take 2mins shuttle ride for residents. As you may know, it is only a stop away from Grand Central (2.5mins), two stops away from Bryant Park (4mins) and three stops from Times SQ (5.5mins) so you night notice you commute will be hustle free! There is also ferry terminal at your fingertip and it is a great direct access without any traffics to Downtown and Brooklyn so you just sit back and enjoy the views.

I work by Bryant Park and I?ve lived in this apartment for past year. I am glad to have chosen this place as my base of life in NYC because it is very convenient, comfortable and most importantly quite in the middle of night! There is no Siren or drunk people shouting which would interfere with your sleep if you lived in Manhattan.
