Hey. I?m Olga. I?m looking for a roommate in my 2 bedrooms apartment. I?m living here about 2 years. My roommate just left the country so now I looking for somebody to my small room. I moved to big room from a small and going to leave only bed and going to put another dresser there. If you don?t need it I can leave it in the living room.

Area is very nice. 5 min walk to the subway Steinway st (?, R) train. Or 10 min walk to 36 av (N, W) train. 20 min to midtown.

24 hours supermarket, laundry 4 min walk, 10 min to Broadway where you can find a lot of bars and restaurants.

Price is 1050 (including WiFi, hot water and heating) electricity and gas about 30-40 extra.

Long term or Room for sublet month to month. To move in One month rent + one month deposit 2100. No smoking.
